We got the new tabs for our cars and the scooter today. Here in Florida, your vehicle registration is tied to your birthday, so it's harder to forget. Tabs for the year for two cars and one scooter: 90 bucks. Yay, Florida!
Tonight we're going out for my big birthday dinner, as part of the celebration of the fortnight surrounding my birthday. We're going to Texas de Brazil, the Brazilian steakhouse we've both come to love. We've been emailing the word "meat" to each other all day.
I finally joined the masses and got a bluetooth headset for my phone. It was $19 on clearance at Staples, and it matches my phone. I promise, however, to not walk around with it stuck in my ear all the time -- I'll only wear it when involved in an actual phone call.
I discovered that WDW has a shockingly great discount for cast members on its golf courses. It's good enough to make me consider taking up golf. At any rate, I let my golfing parents know about it, so I'm sure they'll want to hit the links when they next visit.
Yesterday I had some Voyant chai cream liqueur. All the nom of chai, with the gentle kick of a low-proof alcohol. Awesome.
Forbdonornot: today's sandwich was on a homemade sourdough roll, and included havarti cheese, smoked turkey, mustard, mayo, red onion, dill pickle, lettuce and fresh cracked pepper.
